Being a Loft Shop Branch Sales Manager is one of the most important and responsible positions within the company. You would be in charge of the day to day running of your own Loft Shop, which would include:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining stock levels
- Maintaining the show room
- Promoting the company
- Handling cash
- Health and Safety
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Many others!

‘As a BSM I seek to exceed sales targets set for both the company and myself, to motivate my staff, and to lead by example. I achieve this by maintaining high standards throughout the showroom, and setting a high level of customer service helping to push the branch on to an even greater level. This is a job where you can achieve immense satisfaction from seeing an initial enquiry develop to a finished article meeting the needs of your customer. For example from the design and initial site survey of a staircase right through to its completion. The Loft Shop is an exciting and fast moving company to work for where you are rewarded for your efforts’
The Loft Shop is looking for bright, motivated individuals to work in our network of 23 shops throughout London, the Midlands and the South East. Successful candidates will be selling a quality range of products and services to both the building trade and the public. Candidates should be enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to absorb and retain product information, and although not always necessary, good qualifications are an advantage. Sales experience is a great advantage as this job is sales driven.
You would work within our network of 23 shops, located mainly in London and around the South East. Initially you would undergo a period of training before being allocated your own store.
How much you earn is really up to you!
BSM's have a commission based pay structure, so the more you sell the more you earn. But we realise that a stable income is also important, and as such we have a generous basic of £15 - 17K dependent on experience.
You could be earning over £30K + a year
